The Daleks’s success

Hi, today, I will tell you about the success of the series of Daleks. The series Dr. Who had a lot of success. This series is known by everybody on the planet. In 1964, “The Go-Go’s" created a song about Daleks. It is call: “I’m gonna spend my Christmas with a Dalek”. This song is very funny. It’s why I put it on my blog. The word “Dalek” now appears in the Oxford English Dictionary and other dictionaries like the Collins. In 1999, Royal Mail created a series of four stamps. One of them had a Dalek on it. The three others were picturing Freddie Mercury, Charlie Chaplin and Bobby Moore.

Dalek’s coffee story

Once upon a time, there was a little dalek, on a little planet. I will not say his name, but I will call him J.D. This dalek wants a coffee, so, he went to the coffee-maker and started it. Then, he waited and he waited. Suddenly, the machine exploded! He had to wash the entire kitchen. But he didn’t have his coffee! So, he returned to the coffee-maker and started it again. Then, he got a coffee. He put some cream in his coffee. Unfortunately, the cream has past his use-by date. So, he put his coffee in the garbage can. He made an other coffee. He noticed that he was late, so he put his coffee in a thermos and went to his car. To put his other things in his car, he put his coffee on the top of his car. When he wanted to go, he heard a noise. It was his coffee that he had left on the top of his car. So, he remade a coffee and returned to his car. On the road, he took a huge curve. In this turn, his coffee fell in his car. J.D. tried to catch the coffee, but he just took the cap of the thermos. The coffee fell and stained the floor of the car. What was the worst? I was the car of his girlfriend.

This day, J.D. was really sad because he didn’t have his coffee…
